And this was doodled on the back of a biology test a few weeks ago. Sasuke, the angstiest character in all of fanfiction. XD
And THIS one's self-explanatory, if you can read the text. Doodled on the back of my OYAN homework.

I love her haaaaat. XD
Yes, I know her eyes are off and her bust is too high (again.) By the time I got to her tunic, I was too tired and my hand was too black to finish shading it. So it's not done, and might never get done, but... I tried! Oh yeah, that planet thing in the background is her gypsy charm, by the way. Only BIGGER. And she doesn't always have the Leondrean Seal on her forehead, that's only after she saves Alethia and earns herself a place on the Draconian Council.
Yes, those beautiful black spiky things are supposed to be stalagmites and stalactites, but... you know... I was in study hall when I drew this, and I had a ton of other homework I was supposed to be doing. So I was in a hurry.
An' yurr bee's moi bro. Or my bro's shoulder blades, anyway. He just happened to be sitting there nearly naked, and I was like, "Hold still" and just started drawing him. I got one arm done, and then he moved, so I had to do the rest of him from memory. Snarl.
Here's a clip of a larger piece I was trying to do for Valin Dana. I got almost all the way done, then realized that I hated my rocks. This one's now on hold until I learn rocks. And waterfalls. Woot. Valin Dana's an awesome storyteller, by the way. Like, seriously. She blew my mind with her Tears of Aletha thing.
Ah, I've killed Kartik! *cries* Look at his poor ruined lower half. Up until there, he was going so WELL! *swats self* Gah, don't I know better by now? Kartik is one of those characters that's really difficult to capture. Everyone has this perfect picture of him in their heads, but he just refuses to come out on paper. Gaaaah!
He and Andra are in the Council chamber, waiting for a meeting to start. I love how Auburnium's head is almost as tall as Andra. That cracks me up. XD
The wings are still my favorite part. Oh, and her webbed handses. *grins at handses*
Yeah, Kelsier's not mine... but he's too cool not to draw...
And technically, I should change the label on this, since it's Castle Erimon now instead of Castle O'Konnor, but it's late and I'm tired and... yeah.
And this... thingy... is called Irk, I think. She's a faerie type critter and a Floater Unaffliliated now.
Random doodly runes I scribbled in Biology class a few weeks ago.
This was the front of my bro's birthday card. Self-explanatory, right?
Five-second scribbly Rage drawn on the back of a menu at the dinner theater. Woot.
Aw, it's Jim Hawkins again. Isn't he cute?
Warlock Girl is shaded, so I'll scan and post that the next chance I get. Stay tuned! Also, another OYAN scene should be coming up soon...
The second disk of Season Two came in the mail today! *danves* Kipin is therefore in a very good mood. I expect there shall be some Terra fanart soon, since the last half of Season Two is her entire story arc, thank you very much. Even though it kills me to watch... she does make a lovely villainess. Muaa.
It's Andra holding Alethia, by the way. *glomps Alethia*
And here's the scene (it won't happen this way in the book):
The feathers of Alethia’s wings tickled my cheek as we waited outside the Sanctum. The little winged lion was asleep in my arms, purring with every intake of breath. I was excited and nervous, but did my best to keep from fidgeting in case I woke her. Nath, Kader, Arkady and Flavius stood beside me, waiting.
The towering doors began to swing open with a whisper of well-constructed hinges. My pulse barreled along at a furious tempo. A beam of white light shone from within the Sanctum. I glanced over at Nath to find him grinning at me.
We didn’t move until the doors were open as wide as they would go. Something told us we should wait, so once the massive carved slabs of wood stopped moving, I stepped into the Sanctum, holding Alethia. My friends followed.
Inside, a stately row of columns marched away down a long, vaulted hall. Somewhat faintly, I could hear a babble of voices raised in debate. The light grew brighter as we walked, until I was squinting through my eyelashes. I remembered the brightness from my last visit to the Sanctum. Blinking to get my eyes to adjust, I noticed that Alethia was stirring in my arms, her whiskers twitching as she sniffed the air. I ruffled her ears, swallowing against the nervous knot that was building in my throat.
The sound of voices grew louder until the hall ended and we entered a cavernous space, ringed with dragons and other winged creatures. I saw my friend Auburnium deep in conversation with another dragon, his sorrel scales gleaming in the light of the great chandelier suspended from the ceiling. As we came into the chamber, every creature fell silent, watching. I felt several dozen pairs of eyes glued to the cub I held. Doing my best to stay calm, I took several deep breaths.
Across the circle from Auburnium was the hawk, Kraelie. She was dwarfed by an enormous blue dragon on one side and a Mast-angel on the other. One corner of her beak turned upward in an impish grin. I smiled back and proceeded to the far side of the chamber, where Mirano and Keliar were waiting for me.
Keliar took one look at Alethia, whole and healthy in my arms, and threw her head back in a roar of triumph. Taking up the cry, the dragons tilted their heads towards the high ceiling and roared with her, blowing great jets of flame into the air. The Mast-angels broke into song, weaving their voices over and around and through the assembly.
Fully awake, Alethia gazed about her, taking in everything with wide yellow eyes. Mirano descended from the dais, padding towards us with a measured stride. I watched the muscles ripple under his fur as he moved, marveling at the liquid grace of him. The baubles threaded in his mane and wings glittered like points of sunlight.
“Alethia,” he said, and his voice was pitched so deep that I heard it in my bones. The Council’s jubilations faded into silence. “Come here, daughter.”
I knelt and placed the winged cub on the ground. She turned, gave my hand a lick with her sandpapery tongue, and frisked over to her father. As they touched noses, a tear slid down Mirano’s muzzle and splashed Alethia’s forehead.
“Dad, you’re crying on me,” she said, and scrubbed away the moisture with a paw.
Behind me, Kader laughed. “Good one, kid!”
His laughter was contagious, as always, and an undignified snort escaped through my nose before I let myself laugh properly, nerves long gone. Various sounds of mirth erupted from my friends as well. I laughed loud and long, thankful that Hollie wasn’t there so that I didn’t have to worry about scandalizing her.
The corners of his eyes crinkling, Mirano smiled at us. “Andra, Nath, Arkady, Kader, and Flavius: I will never be able to express the depths of my gratitude.” We stopped laughing and tried to look professional. I know I failed, because I could feel the huge grin that was splitting my face.
“Alethia owes her life to you five,” Mirano continued as his mate bounded down the steps and swept up her daughter in a fierce embrace. He glanced over at them and added, “We are in your debt.”
I had no idea what to say. There were about forty dragons, birds, and Mast-angels staring at me and my friends, and my jitters were returning fast. Thankfully, Nath saved me from having to reply. He stepped forward, laid a hand on my shoulder and said, “We would never have gone out to look for her if Andra hadn’t made us. She’s just too modest to take all the credit.”
Mirano’s laugh rumbled low in his chest, and I wondered whether Nath had actually winked at me, or if I had imagined it.
Likey, no likey? Ha, doesn't matter, because this scene won't actually be in the book. It's just practice. XD
Got a random flash of inspiration for Savvy the other night and am working feverishly on Part Five once again! Woot!
Commander Kip
TEEN TITANS! (A bit of advice: find shorter magic words...)
Normal is overrated!
I thinks I will call it "Blustery". Don't ask me who the purple-haired dude is, cuz I haz no idear. I was practicing using water to affect color density. Hence all those foggy half-visible trees in the background.
Yes, yes, I know she's creepy and weird, but hey, Magnus is creepy and weird too. It's probably a warlock thing. Anyway, I named her Bex Moonrider and she haz powerz. Muaa. I like her nose and her wings, but her legs are too short and her arms are too long, methinks. And she has tiny feet, like everyone else I draw. But I am fairly happy with her cloak. I made it look all frayed around the edges.
You can't tell in the pic, but I used a bunch of metallic silver in there and it's really shiiiiny.
Kipin doesn't know how to draw rhinocerouses. Rhinocerii. Rhinocerices. What-evah.
Here's me wearing the green ones (and my earses) from the side:
And from the back:
Aren't they adorable?! They are. And sparkly to boot.
Fun stuff. Even though I had not the foggiest idea of what I was doing. Biology homework does strange things to my brain.
Everybody go read the Mortal Instruments trilogy! It has action and romance and demon blood and really really hot guys. Far hotter than even the book version of Edward Cullen. No offence to Edward, of course. But Jace is just singularily hot.
I drew this all by hand, then cleaned up the whiteness in PDN. I heart Arno. He talks funny.
I have no clue if that's what seals actually look like or what, but it makes me laugh all the same.
... and Raven go like this:
I think it was actually easier to look at in monochrome, but ah well. I had fun coloring it. I love how Drexel came out, and the Fae (her name is Iridescence, by the way). *tackles her* I want her wings. At first, Morwyn's robe was yellow and the collar was green, and she totally looked like a dandelion. Oops. So I tried to fix it. And she still looks like a dandelion, cuz of her awesome kick-booty hair, which was so much fun to draw. I think I'll put that in her bio: "A really old lady with crazy white hair who looks like a dandelion." Yeah.
Really short in the back and pretty long in the front. Like mine, but more so.
So. Flippin'. CUUUUUTE. Can you handle the cuteness?!
Plus the small person started scribbling random Greek helmet thingys around her. *smites small person*
Let-me-show-you-how-it-works... *hypnotizes* Muahahaa!
But it all turns out okay cuz Robin catches her at the end!! *loud obnoxious fangirl squeeing* D'aaaaw! Ahem-hem. Anyway, I was watching the episode 'Birthmark' and drew this from a screenshot. Slade is such a pervy super-villain. Seriously, everthing he says can be interpreted as inappropriate. I laugh my head off every time he talks.
